Andrew Silverman
Founder and Managing Director
Andrew has 33 years experience in the Hospitality sector. His background includes senior roles in 5 star hotels in Australia and the UK before owning and operating three successful Melbourne restaurant and function venues.
With an in-depth knowledge of the industry he transitioned into Human Resources and Recruitment 17 years ago, developing an extensive client base across Australia. He has been highly sought to speak at industry events and conferences across Australia and Asia while consulting on staff retention and improving business profitability.
He travels extensively around the world sourcing and assessing qualified hospitality professionals for placement into Australian businesses and is recognised for his ethics and integrity.
In his spare time he enjoys travelling, dining out in Melbourne's amazing restaurant scene and going to the footy to watch Carlton.

Polly Fraser
Recruitment Manager
Polly's hospitality background dates back to 1997. She has held senior management roles across the retail sector, prominent Melbourne dining establishments and became part owner of her first restaurant at the age of 27. She would go on to own a further 2 venues which would provide unrivalled industry operations knowledge.
She moved into International hospitality recruitment 3 years ago and it is her strong candidate and client focus that has seen her establish relationships all over Australia and the world.
Polly loves travelling, the arts and loves to explore the incredible dining scene Melbourne has to offer.
